WORKSHOP
Cultural and strategic work in creative processes with an art piece as the output
Being creative is playing, and playing is being creative!
When we play, we immerse ourselves in new roles and discover new sides to ourselves and each other. And when we use our eyesight and other senses, complex terms are processed and anchored in the brain and heart.
In tailor made workshops under the skilled guidence of brand-ART, we will produce an exclusive piece of art while being "hands-on"
We will work verbally and visually, being co-creative and reflective. Everybody can join in on the safe and structured, but challenging excersises where everyone works together out of everyone's comfort zone.

You receive:
-
Creative, structured process, where the employees ”play” mission, vision and strategy right under their skin
-
Teambuilding using the DNA of the company as a starting off point
-
Anchoring of the culture and spirit of the company
-
Knowledge sharing and implementation of value in ”hands-on” workshop
-
Co-creating process, which will be concluded with a physical output in the shape of a brand-ART art piece
-
Informal conveyance and visibility of important messages
-
Employer branding and display on social media
-
Visual point of reference and a possibility for reflection and dialogue across personel groups
-
Presentation to show customers, business partners or new employees
-

Meaningful, professional art piece as a physical end or beginning to the process

What the clients say:
A fantastic creative process with the loveliest output. A great process both before and during. By taking today's theme as the jumping-off point, the mix of the social and creative has been angled in a such a way that it makes for a good approach to working with the subjects of vision, mission etc. which can often be quite dry.

We create IT solutions for people. So we have to make sure we're continuously having conversations with each other and our customers about how intranet and document management create the most value in everyday life.
We chose to collaborate with Brand-ART to create new thoughts and ideas across departments and expertise, and it made for some really good results.
The piece we collaborated on can now be found in the canteen of the main office as well as in printed versions in our Copenhagen and Stockholm offices.
In this way, we have a visible jumping-off-point in order to discuss our strategy in everyday life.

The workshop was structured in a really good way, as we not only learned more about the company's values but also were challenged creatively. The piece is really beautiful, inspirational, surprising!
There was a lot of interesting initiatives that I haven't been a part of before and the finished piece of art is a lovely expressive contrast to what a building contracter is usually characterised by. A good and professionally carreid out event.

It was great being creative in a structured way and working in workshops where anyone could follow along. They were simple, well prepared tasks and therefore everyone was brave enough to contribute. We had a lot of discussions come of it and we had a chance to talk through our values in a fun way. Everyone who participated in the employee day understands the contents and the symbols in the piece and the workshop fully lives up to what we were hoping for.
However, the output from the creative workshop exercises is much more than just the piece.
It is important that it's something we all helped create because everyone can see something recognisable in the piece, which in turn is a collective rallying point and gives us great internal value.
I didn't believe we would be able to create such a great piece. This is all its own and very pro. You can see all of our buildings right from the beginning till now, and it conveys something about the journey we've been on. There is no doubt that we work in real estate and construction.
There are always such widely different opinions on what is fun and what makes sense and rarely do you satisfy everyone.
However, everyone right from the bookkeeper down to the construction worker has expressed that they had a really great day and simultaneously got a better understanding of our values.
I've received such fantastic feedback from my employees. People expressed that it was emotional being involved in creating the piece together, and in that sense the whole day was very process driven.
There was a wow effect and an enormous energy at the concluding exhibition that I hadn't seen coming. There is a lot of power in having created the piece together and in having a finished, just really great product, before we part ways.
The aftercare and the quality that Brand-ART delivers means so much. In so many ways it is a great SoMe post that stands out. This is something else!

At our kick-off, in collaboration with brand-ART we turned to physical art instead of digital! Glitter, glue, paint and great talks about values between "klaners" ended in a firework of Klean DNA. Just look at the art piece right here.
