The generel terms of commerce below apply to all business involving brand-ART ApS. Deviation from the general terms must be put in writing and be specified in the agreement or in an added clause. The terms of commerce, which are attached to the order confirmation, are accepted with every purchase.

 

1. Payment

Banktransfer.

2. Prices

All stated prices are in DKK.

 

3. Delivery charges etc.

Buyer will defray all expenses for delivery and eventual framing, unless otherwise agreed upon.  

 

4. Special terms relating to collage materials 

The responsibility for the copyright of the materials; including text, writing, patterns, drawings, illustrations, brands, photos, archival material, logos and other trademarks, which brand-ART will use in the collage, and that will be partially reproduced and intensively processed falls solely on the client and brand-ART cannot  be held accountable by a third party.

brand-ART receives collage materials digitally or as copies, and will not return or save given collage materials. 

 

5. Copyright

All works of art which have been produced by brand-ART have been created by the artist herself and are protected from reproduction, serialised production, imitation and copying in accordance with Danish copyright law.

Pieces by brand-ART are not to be used for advertising purposes or in any way multiplied without permission. Unless otherwise specified in writing, brand-ART reserves the right to show the finished result for marketing purposes.

  

6. Right of complaint.

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, wares that have been produced according to the buyer's specifications, or that have been given a clear personal mark are exempt from the right of complaint.

Photos of the process will be sent continuously and the client has a responsibility of controlling the contents, so that any substantive errors can be changed prior to delivery.

 

7. Warranty and credibility 

Brand-ART is a serious and credible collaborator, who vouches for the quality of our products at any time.
